Seerah Exhibition

The experience of virtual reality through the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, InshaAllah

 

At DUAA, students will be allowed to participate in our project-based Seerah exhibition. With the timeline of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, students will create an art project showing historical events that took place during his lifetime. After studying essential aspects of the Seerah, students will be asked to replicate parts to showcase at the live virtual Seerah exhibition.

Children’s Story Time / Book Club

 

Students at DUAA can partake in our live children’s story time sessions. In addition, in the form of a book club, there will be something for everyone to read and enjoy!

​

To encourage the love for reading, students will explore new books and engage in live story time sessions with teachers to interact with others and have fun!

​

Our focus will be on classical children’s Islamic books to increase knowledge of Islam, its teachings, and the love for our Lord and His Messenger ﷺ.

Science Exhibition

​

DUAA will be hosting live virtual Science exhibitions for students to partake in. We will give students a platform to use their scientific knowledge and create exciting inventions which bring together cross-curricular skills.

This project-based Science exhibition will showcase students’ work, where they can discuss their scientific experiments and projects and share ideas with others.

Mathletics

​

At DUAA, we believe that fun interactive learning is imperative for students’ success. Being an online school, we will facilitate this in Maths through fun interactive quizzes for entertaining and informal assessment.

 

Students can partake independently or with other virtual classmates to win a championship reward each term/semester.

Spelling Bee

 

To encourage a play approach at DUAA, we will host multiplayer spelling bees for students. This is a perfect way for students to interact with children and, at the same time, have fun learning to spell!

 

We will encourage Islamic vocabulary to echo our Islamic ethos at DUAA, but there will be plenty of opportunities for students to learn a new language.

Art Club/ Picture Study

 

DUAA will allow students to engage in different art projects and picture study in the form of an art club. This will be an excellent platform for students to express themselves using other art techniques and explore famous paintings/pictures in the Art world!

 

There will be an integration of Islamic art/ calligraphy to allow students to learn new skills and build on a fun way to learn cross-curricular skills.
